ABSOLUTE MANAGEMENT CONSULTING - CAO INITIATIVE

Absolute Consulting Services provides strategic planning, marketing & communication, operation management, financial management, human resources and talent acquisition services that optimize the day-to-day operations of organizations. 

Practice Areas:

Strategic Planning

  • Advise the CEO and other key members of senior management on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, investment priorities, and policy matters

  • Prepare the CEO for management reports to the board and audit committee; effectively communicate and present critical financial matters at select board of directors and committee meetings

  • Contribute to the development of the organization’s strategic goals and objectives as well as the overall management of the organization

  • Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping the CEO informed of all critical issues

ABSOLUTE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Absolute Business Development provides business development consulting for companies and organizations in areas of business development planning, new business development and client retention. 

Practice areas:

Business Development Planning

  • ·       Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

  • ·       Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.

  • ·       Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

  • ·       Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

New Business Development

  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/principals.

  • Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team(s) to develop proposals that addresses the client’s requirements, concerns, and objectives.

Client Retention

Al - Mumin Integrated Technology Solutions aids our client by providing guidance in acquiring IT and telecom services and equipment.  We work with local IT consulting firms and national telecommunication carriers to ensure our clients IT and telecommunications objectives are achieved.  Services provided include:

  • Analyze current technology to determine if current programs are being delivered with maximum efficiency including walkthrough of property to assess the stability and modernization of your technology infrastructure

  • Written summary of recommended changes to your technology infrastructure

  • Assistance in customizing a budget along with a prioritization schedule to meet your needs

  • Project management support to oversee the coordination, execution and delivery of any new services secured for the organization

  • Post installation support to make sure the billing of any new services acquired are accurate



The P.I.T.S. Program

Procurement

Deciding which business services provider to choose and which services to procure are two of the biggest challenges any organization will face.  There are a wide-ranging set of considerations when making the decision from determining specific needs to service functionality and ultimately budget demands.  Often times, there is a team designated within the organization to research the various options and they are charged with presenting their findings to a senior executive who will make the ultimate decision.  This process can be a time-consuming endeavor and more often than not require several people to work outside of their areas of expertise while providing critical input into the decision-making process.

This is where the Aurelius team becomes an invaluable asset in helping the client navigate through the myriad of business services options.  We will work with the key stakeholders within the client’s organization to determine the needs and complete all the necessary research on the client’s behalf to assist them in making the best-informed decision when choosing a provider.    The end result is that we will provide the client with a ranking of all the business service providers who are capable of meeting the client’s needs and make a recommendation after all factors have been considered.   This will all be done within the time requirements set forth by the client while we maintain strict objectivity throughout the process.    

Our procurement service can be utilized by our client as a “stand alone” service or incorporated into a more comprehensive package within our overall PITS program. 

Implementation

Once our client has made the decision which business services provider to enter a relationship with, the critical next step is making sure that the services are working in accordance to the expectations set forth by the client’s requirements.  This is where the Aurelius team is instrumental in helping a client transition to the new service platform while simultaneously holding the new provider accountable to the terms set forth in the agreement.  We will assist in developing delivery timelines, activation dates, invoicing accuracy as well as testing the services to be used before a complete rollout takes place throughout the client’s organization. This is the stage where we have our expert consultants work closely with the client’s team to ensure a smooth and timely implementation. We have the ability to travel to various client locations to be as “hands on” in the process as needed.  At the end of the implementation process, we will go through a comprehensive checklist to make sure that every one of the client’s expectations have been met by the provider to avoid any unnecessary hiccups in the transition process. 

The Implementation service is not designed to be a “stand alone” service.  

Training

Once that the service(s) have been implemented, the next step is making sure the end users have a full understanding of how to best utilize the services within their current.   The business services provider rarely offers any in-depth options for training and when these options are made available to the client, they are cost prohibitive for a vast majority of the marketplace.   This presents a unique challenge for a client of any size.  Often, they have made the commitment to invest significant financial resources into making their employees more efficient by securing the new services, but the employees don’t have a full understanding of how to best utilize the new service in the most effective manner.  This can result in lost productivity, a decrease in employee morale, and ultimately a waste of valuable financial resources and time.

This is where Aurelius steps in to close the gap between implementation of the new services and making sure the training is effective in transitioning the employees to a new platform.  We have the ability to lead face to face classes, webinars, video tutorials, etc…depending upon the client’s needs and demands.  This can be done as a “train the trainer” program or customized for large groups as requested.  Our approach is designed to be flexible because we understand that one “cookie cutter” solution will not fit most our client’s demands.  We also offer a specialized training service for the senior members of any organization as we know it can be a daunting task for certain executives to transition to new business services platforms. 

Our training service is designed to be utilized as a “stand alone” service or can be incorporated into our larger PITS service program. 

Support

Now that the employees have secured the services and are trained on how to properly utilize the new/enhanced platform, some may have ongoing questions about how the new features can enhance the overall user experience.  Also, the individual or department may have billing related questions or want us to audit the bills to ensure accuracy.  Or maybe additional services need to be secured as initiatives are implemented into the client’s organization.  All of these things can be handled in- house by the client or they may choose to work with us to handle part or all of these services depending on the internal resources the client has available to handle such requests. 

Absolute Consulting has the ability to provide a fully customizable solution to meet the client’s needs.  We can provide telephone and/or web-based support; we can even meet with the client on a monthly/quarterly basis to make sure services are working in an efficient and optimal level.  We also have a support function of this offering where the client can secure a block of time from us to be available to trouble-shoot issues versus having to go directly to the provider.  Our more enhanced package offering allows us to place one of our employees at the client’s site to provide ongoing assistance as needed. 

This service is best utilized in conjunction with the training portion of our PITS program.  However, this can be done as a “stand alone” service.
